MY SPOUSE HAS SIGNED THE PETITION AS WELL AS THE WAIVER BUT IS GIVING ME A HARD TIME TO SIGN THE FINAL DIVORCE DECREE. CAN I GO TO COURT WITH THE FINAL DIVORCE DECREE AND THE WAIVER HE SIGNED TO FINALIZE MY DIVORCE IN TEXAS?

The court will likely require both spouses to sign the decree before he/she will sign the divorce decree. You may be able to get a default judgment, if your spouse has not filed a response. The default process will likely require an attorney to prepare the proper paperwork and navigate the system
